1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these Terms and the related policies. If you do not agree, do not use a feature or download a file that is subject to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the website
This is Elwar Braja’s personal website, portfolio, project archive, and practical learning resource. Content is provided for general information, education, documentation, inspiration, and personal use.
The website is not directed to children. Users under 18 may access the website and carry out practical activities only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
3. Permitted use
You may:
- read and share links to website pages;
- use calculators and tools for lawful purposes;
- download files that are expressly made available for download;
- use files in accordance with their accompanying license; and
- quote limited portions of an article with clear source attribution and a link to the original page.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity;
- attempt to bypass access controls, download tokens, rate limits, or security measures;
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or send automated requests that burden the service without written permission;
- distribute malware, harmful code, spam, or false data;
- republish a complete article as if it were your own;
- resell files or assets in a way prohibited by the applicable license;
- remove, cover, or alter a logo or watermark to claim authorship of the original file; or
- use Elwar Braja’s name or logo in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, warranty, or cooperation.
5. Schematic files and digital assets
Schematic files and related assets are governed by the Schematic File License. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the currently available license is for personal use.
Rights in electronic principles, common formulas, circuit functions, standard components, and third-party works remain with their respective owners or legal status. Elwar Braja does not claim exclusive ownership of those matters. To the extent recognized by law, protection is claimed only for original contributions such as presentation, drawing layout, graphics, file compilation, writing, documentation, and Elwar Braja’s identity.
6. No technical warranty
Articles, calculators, schematics, PCB files, component lists, datasheets, and tool results may contain errors, incompatibilities, or outdated information. Some archive or redraw projects may not have been physically tested.
You must independently verify component values, pinouts, polarity, tolerance, voltage and power ratings, footprints, PCB traces, bills of materials, and design suitability before buying components, ordering a PCB, assembling, manufacturing, or using any result.
7. Safety
Electronics work may cause electric shock, short circuits, fire, battery or capacitor failure, device damage, injury, or other loss. Use appropriate safety procedures, protective equipment, current limiting, isolation, and competent supervision. Do not work with mains electricity or another hazardous system without sufficient knowledge and qualifications.
8. Third-party links, datasheets, and marketplaces
The website may direct you to datasheet providers, marketplaces, social media platforms, sponsors, and other websites. Elwar Braja does not control their content, security, availability, cookies, pricing, inventory, shipping, specifications, warranties, or policies.
Once you leave elwarbraja.com, your relationship and transactions with a third party are your responsibility and that party’s responsibility. Always verify the URL, specifications, seller reputation, and transaction terms before acting.
9. Affiliate links, advertising, and sponsorships
Some links may be affiliate links that provide Elwar Braja with a commission at no additional cost to you. Not every marketplace link is an affiliate link. Sponsored content and direct advertising will be reasonably labeled. More information is available in the Affiliate and Sponsor Disclosure.
10. Availability, changes, and discontinuation
Elwar Braja may add, change, restrict, relocate, or discontinue features, content, routing, download access, or the website without guaranteeing uninterrupted or permanent availability.
Elwar Braja does not provide personal backup services for users. After you successfully download a file, you are responsible for creating and maintaining your own backup. If the website, a feature, or download access is discontinued, there is no obligation to restore a file that was previously available for free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, you use the website, content, tools, files, and links at your own risk. Elwar Braja is not liable for direct or indirect loss, loss of data, component or device damage, production failure, lost profit, complaints from your customers, injury, or another loss arising from use or inability to use the materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Violations
If your use violates these Terms or threatens the website or another party, access may be restricted or terminated. Elwar Braja may request that the violating use stop, that infringing copies be removed, that attribution be corrected, or may take another action available under law.
13. Changes to these Terms
Elwar Braja may update these Terms without obtaining advance approval from every user in order to reflect changes to features, services, technology, risks, or law. Changes apply prospectively from publication and do not remove rights that lawfully arose before the effective date. Any notice or consent specifically required by law will be provided.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve a dispute through reasonable communication and good-faith discussion. If unresolved, a dispute will be handled by a forum with jurisdiction under Indonesian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user’s jurisdiction.
15. Severability and survival
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Provisions concerning ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive to the extent relevant after the website or a feature is discontinued.
